I'm sitting in my new flat, that's making me happy
not very productive though, I was supposed to meet the landlady at 10:30 & she's not going to be here until at least 1. I have loads of things to organise but I need the internet so I have to wait until I can get back to the old house.

It's a lovely day though, and I do have a balcony overlooking a grassy courtyard with a pond
