Nah, estate agents are coming round to look at the house, and besides we're moving out in a couple of weeks.
Cleaned every surface in the kitchen, mopped the floors and tidied the living room. And felt bad I'd been neglecting it for months.

The carpets need a clean.
And getting a professional clean only knocks out 100£ of said deposit. We're contractually obliged to have a professional clean, anyway.

I'm moving as we're living in a 3 bed and I'm only living with one other person this year
Also wanted to be closer to college. Am now 10 mins closer, but closer to some more awesome things.

I found the flat, looked round it in 5 mins and was on the phone to the estate agents. It was well popular too. Really quite good value for the area too.
