By facing the Bear Walking eye to eye we can stand emotionally grounded, and possibly not try to solve it but to lean into the fear because sometimes an immediate resolution is simply the salve, the poultice, or the magician’s slight of hand. By getting intimate with fear and knowing that it is a universal feeling we can develop more compassion for and connect with others and ourselves. By leaning into fear and not fighting and believing that we have the solution, arrogance and our own negative narratives falls away and we are in an unknown place of consciousness.
