I am very much witholding judgement for now, personally.
It's very hard to get the OK for the police to shoot someone - particularly since the tragic demise of our Newsagent of Hearts, John Menzies.

Yes Monty, you withold that judgement. That's what you do best.
I'm back from holiday by the way, feel free to ask how I am.

where did you go?
and how was it?
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:22, Reply)
I went to France
it was very nice. I bought a new bike.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:23, Reply)
whereabouts in France?
I got a van. No one else here cares.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:24, Reply)
OMG YOU GOT A VAN!!!!!
What kind of van did you get? What colour is it? Have you driven it far yet?
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:26, Reply)
Have you fucked your mrs in the back yet?

(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:26, Reply)
a VW T5, it's white with stupid big alloys
I drove it back from Wales

and no, because I haven't found a discarded mattress to jam in the back yet.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:27, Reply)
Buy an air bed from Tesco
Or just put a blanket down.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:28, Reply)
we've got an airbed
I've planned the bed I'm going to build in the back. need to draw it up to make sure it'll work, then buy the wood and make it.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:29, Reply)
make sure you hammer the nails in properly
and sand it well.

could be the end of the airbed otherwise...

/limit of my DIY tips.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:52, Reply)
good tips
we're probably going to get a couple of pieces of memory foam to use as a mattress, or seat cushions when it is in seat mode.

My other half has just sent me a CAD drawing she has done of the bed mechanism we have designed. She's awesome.

Did you have a good time in France?

(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:39, Reply)
I had a lovely time in france thank you.
How are you?
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:42, Reply)
Okay thanks
still jobless but cheerful enough. I am still in possession of your jumper by the way, sorry about that.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:46, Reply)
Oh, you can keep that, or throw it away if you don't like it.
I think it may have paint on it, so don't feel the need to keep it, unless you particularly like it.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:48, Reply)
It's quite nice actually
and stripey so I'll keep hold of it. Thank you!
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:49, Reply)
How the devil are you?
Has the AIDS cleared up yet?
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:22, Reply)
Yeah, I'm just a bit sniffly now.

(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:23, Reply)
Cool.

(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:24, Reply)
How gay is your new french bike?
Does it come with a basket full of onions, garlic and white flags?

/clarkson
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:36, Reply)
Yeah, all of the above.
It is about 50% less gay than my bike in the UK (based on cost) but very enjoyable to ride. It needs a shorter stem as the frame is slightly longer than my other bike so my hands go numb when I'm riding on the hoods.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:38, Reply)
What was wrong with the old bike?

(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:38, Reply)
it was a bike
you just answered your own question
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:40, Reply)
Have you been racially abused by any more people for not knowing how to drive your sports car?

(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:42, Reply)
pffft
i'm an excellent driver. he actually hit the car he squeezed up next to, rather than reverse just about 5 metres to an EMPTY SPACE. i think he was on something, to overreact like that.

with a bit of luck he'll meet you on your bike, do us all a favour.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:48, Reply)
Nothing at all
but the bike I have in the UK is in my shed, and therefore it's very difficult to use while I'm in the south of France. But the new bike I bought will live at my In-Laws house in france so when I'm out there on Holiday I can ride it.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:41, Reply)
This infomation clarifies the situation nicely
i love the South of France, where-abouts are your inlaws?
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:46, Reply)
Near the town of Cahors
Which is about 60Km north of Toulouse.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:47, Reply)
Any good sausages?

(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:54, Reply)

I love dried sausage.
(, Mon 8 Aug 2011, 10:55, Reply)
