as i think our bodies are meant to do that. i do, however, disagree massively with the meat industry and the way a lot of the animals are treated. that makes me gibber with rage.
i will happily cook meat for anyone, so long as i've bought it and i know it's organic/free-range etc. but i am highly relieved that the current shaggee, being half-muslim, appeases his dad by not eating pork. so NO BACON SANDWICHES IN THE MORNING. thank god. how i loathe the smell of bacon!

Of fruit, nuts and tubers compared to the effort required to obtain meant much of the time was spent foraging. By comparison chowing down on a carcass meant spending the rest of the day sitting around picking our teeth and saying, "you know, Bob, we should figure out a way to do this more often."
