I think people thought I was a performer
people kept looking at me like they recognised me or something. It might have been the hat
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 14:50, Reply)
which hat did you wear?

(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 14:51, Reply)
same one as at the bash
but I think between that and a red velvet coat I may have looked like a drama person
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 14:52, Reply)
a better answer would have been
a giant cock-shaped one
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 14:57, Reply)
Nothing stopping you making one.

(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 14:58, Reply)
I could crochet one, I reckon
but it would be droopy
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:01, Reply)
put a big balloon in it and have a concealled pump
You could make it stand to attention when you saw a boy you liked. Most would run, but the one that didn't would be your soul mate.

I'll put it on the fliers

(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:10, Reply)
Haha!
Why didn't I try this?
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:10, Reply)
because you don't crochet?

(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:11, Reply)

I want to make one of those throws made from lots of squares.
To wrap around me in bed when I'm old.....er.
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:17, Reply)
ooh! I'm working on one of those at the moment
Standard granny squares only need you to know chain and double crochet (maybe triple, can't remember). I've been stupid and started doing complicated squares with fancy bits. Still the stitches are easy as long as you can understand patterns
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:19, Reply)
I could crochet on my long train journeys.
Woo!
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:21, Reply)
do it!
all the cool kids crochet. Well me. And cool may be relative.
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:22, Reply)
I shall look into it fo sho!

(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 15:24, Reply)
depends how I feel
My friend likes to take fliers from people and eat them. He reckons next year he'll walk the Royal Mile eating every flier he is given while wearing a T-shirt saying "Culture Consumer".

We reckoned we could also do an online show, using those tag things, but all we came up with is that it would send people to a site with a picture of bollocks
(, Tue 16 Aug 2011, 14:47, Reply)
I find it better to take fliers
and then give them to other people.

if you hold something out to someone without saying anything, more often that not they'll take it.
