How did I know it would be that?
Then again Kiss are knobs. Knobs with a few good choons and a decent live show, but knobs none the less.

totally
I loathe Kiss, but I fucking love that song.

(and Detroit Rock City, just a bit)

Well, if we're admitting to liking embarrassing music...

I have little shame when it comes to music
for example, I love The Quo

Fucking hell, I feel like I've stumbled into some parallel B3tan universe

Status Quo were utterly brilliant until maybe 1974

(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:05, Reply)
Living on an island is a fucking blinder of a track

(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:06, Reply)
When did they start?
Because being shit for 37 years indicates that this may well be their default setting and pre-74 was a fluke.
(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:06, Reply)
called themselves Status Quo in 1967 apparently
I knew that Rockin' all over the world was a cover, but I did not know it was written by the guy from Creedance

Good old Foggers.
Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes did a cover of it first – I have to say the lyrics are abominable. It’s no ‘Caroline’ for example.
(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:10, Reply)
Not really familiar with Ted Nugent's work
other than as a nutter.

Double Live Gonzo is a superb live LP
He is a fucking brilliant guitarist - and one of the worst tossers of all time.
(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:12, Reply)
Also his first LP, and 'Cat Scratch Fever' are excellent.

I'll have a bit of a listen
not bad. I like to see a lead guitarist doing the singing sometimes.
(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:14, Reply)
You'll love it.
Stranglehold and Stormtrooper are both top notch heavy rock tunes.
(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:16, Reply)
nice one
right, I'm off!

Pictures of Matchstick Men is a psychedelic pop classic.

(, Wed 17 Aug 2011, 17:08, Reply)
it is a great tune
Ozzy and Type O Negative did a half decent cover.

edit: actually, I'm wrong, ozzy's vocal isn't bad, the rest is shit

You saved me the trouble of typing that.
Brilliant track, brilliant video as well.
