How much more can you get for your money in Brighton?
If your budget of 'x' will buy you a flat in London, what will the same budget get you elsewhere?

One thing to consider as well, is how much time you'll have to spend travelling to work from Brighton.

i would
but it does mean linking to a house ON MY ROAD. If there are stalkers on here, that makes their life much easier

Fair enough.

Brighton to Farringdon - 1h30 ish.
I need about £220-230 for a 2 bed, and I'd be lucky to get one near the tube and near local shops. I could go for somewhere around enfield town, which would have the shops and stuff, but increased crime and futher away, I quite like enfield town, but not estatic.

I'd need about £150-200 for a 2 bed in brighton, and I can choose pretty much any area/point that I could possibly want, and have money left over to do it up.

I suppose you need to balance if travelling for 3 hours a day is something you'll be happy doing.

(, Mon 29 Aug 2011, 14:21, Reply)
It currently takes me an hour or soo anyway.

In which case, it sounds to me that Brighton might be the perfect solution.
Have you found any houses/flats in the Brighton area that you want to go and see?
(, Mon 29 Aug 2011, 14:27, Reply)
and money
that trainfare is expensive shit.

but could you get a job in brighton?
(, Mon 29 Aug 2011, 14:42, Reply)
alright rswipe
how'd the masters work go?
(, Mon 29 Aug 2011, 14:44, Reply)
Yeah', I could partly work from home, and there are lots of agencies in brighton if it doesn't work out.
Trainfare is a fair few bob, but £100k off the property price could cover travel.

Also, you're contractually obliged to catch "the gay" in Brighton
and I'm pretty sure Dutch Schteve firing in the fuck-juisch three timesch a day isn't good for Chrone's, old chap. Even if he ish only doing the schoft-cock now.
