Holaaaaaaaaa
How are you doing?
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:24, 1 reply, 14 years ago)
OK thanks.
How's the preggo business these days?
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:26, Reply)
I'm tired

Spinach to the rescue!

(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:27, Reply)
It's not an iron problem
My iron is ok. It's the thalassemia making my hemoglobine much lower than it should be. At the moment all I can do is to eat as much protein as possible and hope for the best.
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:29, Reply)
And spinach wouldn't help your iron levels much either.

Spunk to the rescue!

Actually an effective prevention for pre-eclampsia
But will my pregnant wife listen?
No.
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:35, Reply)
Is it, really?
That'd make Mark happy, although it'll probably make me sick these days (as everything else)
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:39, Reply)
You owe it to your unborn child to do this

and Mark owes me a pint
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:41, Reply)
Or two
Pity I don't believe you, but I'll let him know that you tried.
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:45, Reply)
Will you believe the boffins though?
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-eclampsia#Induction_of_paternal_tolerance
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:49, Reply)
I'm too worried to open that link in the office
luckyly I have no pre-eclampsia symptoms.
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:50, Reply)
It's wikipedia and quite SFW
Don't wait for the symptoms. Call Mark now.
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:53, Reply)

MOAR RED WINE!!
That's what you need. Don't worry about the baby. It's almost fully developed and any problems the alcohol will cause should probably be surface deformities.
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:28, Reply)
I think you're right
and you seem to know more than my GP, who wanted to prescribe me a medicine that is contraindicated for pregnant women... ay...
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:30, Reply)
Not long to go now petal and then you can return to your hedonistic lifestyle : )

(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:32, Reply)
I prescribe oatmeal stout rather than red wine

(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:34, Reply)
Yeah....
I don't like stout. In fact, it seems I don't like any beer now. Weird.
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:37, Reply)
Not for you
For me
(, Wed 7 Sep 2011, 14:38, Reply)
I see
Well, enjoy it.
