Many of the fruits of the offal tree are great, and I have no problem at all with eating horse, cat, dog, rodent etc if it’s tasty. But cocks and bollocks…I don’t care how tasty they are I do not wish to eat them. I’m not keen to try pork scratchings with nipples on either, if I am honest. Tripe’s foul too.
