I'm going to my inlaws this christmas, they live north of London so it would be quite easy for you to come along
you could get the bus from your new flat over to mine and we can give you a lift up.

If you're lucky my brother in law and his wife will be there
She's a bit of a whinger, but she's got big tits so you can just look at them. And they might let you play with their handcuffs.

Yup ! I think my Ma' is going to make them an offer today, but the stipulation is that they need to actually move out quite quickly, well, a couple of months I reckon.
They haven't got somewhere to move too yet, it's a bit of a catch-22 I reckon, what do people normally do when they live in a house they want to sale? They can't buy the new place without selling the old place, naturally, but we want them out in about 2 months or soo. OH BOY.

2 Months when both people have agreed is a rapid timescale for getting all the paperwork sorted anyway
You need to have a survey done and you need to get the mortgage application sorted and completed and agreed, and there are various other legal things.

Seriously, if you don't have a solicitor, I can let you have my sisters details, she's really very good at her job.

It took us six months to buy our place and we were fucking renting it at the time.
*grumbles about the useless bloody council and them squeezing another six months rent from us*

I think ours took about 3 months from finding the place we wanted to owning it.
Which is a reasonably good turnaround.

That's reasonable.
But considering we were living in the place, there was no chain and it was a cash buy, the council really dragged their heels over the whole thing. deliberately, in my opinion.

Oh yeah, I'm sure they did.
Bunch of fuckers.

Yup, we already got the mortgage.
Gaz me her details and I'll pass them onto Ma', I think we already have one but i think it's one of those places where they have loads of people on the books and you phone up a generic number and just speak to anyone.
