I feel like I ate too much last night

There is a difference between strolling and walking briskly, pumping up your heartbeat.
I used to do a lot of fast walking before I joined the gym. It's a very good way of exercising for those who are starting out on the path of fitness.

although on a perfectly serious note, i often order pizza with loads of vegetables and jalapenos and no cheese. knocks off about 400-500 calories.
