Some.
still not the energy to go for a ride in the lovely sun, but want to do some stuff so a day in the kitchen sounds good, until I get distracted.

Good idea. Take things slowly and build up your energy levels.
I'm off to do some ironing and hoovering and maybe have a nap later.

It's only really mashed chick peas and some flavouring
not hard at all.

The recipes look quite difficult online
and I have no deep fat fryer

I did this one
www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2589/spicy-falafels

only needed a bowl a potato masher and a frying pan

My Ma' sometimes makes it all the time... I mean, she hasn't made it in a little while, but she's made it countless times.
We used to eat it a lot in cyprus.

I have no idea how she did it, I think it's just chickpea flower, water that has been deep fried.
