but I saw an interesting discussion with Him, Mark Thomas and some one else I can't remember who was totally out classed, about Nationalism at Lattitute last Year. At the end he lead the crown in singing Jerusalem, it was ace.

Was living in Battersea - highly marginal seat - labour by about 150 votes. The MP was a fucking good constituency MP - did a lot about public transport, homelessness etc - was interested in his constituents not ministerial office.
I wanted to vote for him, but I couldn't as it would have meant I was also voting to keep Gordon Brown in office.

But I am one of the few who would have kept Brown in office. Especially given the alternatives.
That aside, if your MP was "a fucking good constituency MP", that is a good reason for voting for him. Are you happy with who you have now?
