Mine's the day before Valentine's day, which means everyone is busy at the next available party date.
Still, if I'd been born 24 hours later my parents would have named me Valentine so silver linings and al that.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:11, Reply)
only your friends in relationships will be busy
hang out with more weirdos from here instead.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:13, Reply)
that's a stupuid way to name your child
did they end up calling you Feb23rd?
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:25, Reply)
No, they called him Tuesday

(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:26, Reply)

I actually know a girl called Tuesday Welsh
Who was born in Scotland on a Friday.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:27, Reply)
You're not getting mixed up with the actress Tuesday Weld are you?

(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:32, Reply)
Nope
She tends to go by her mother's maiden name, but she is called Tuesday Welsh.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:33, Reply)
Even if he were, his friend wouldn't even be able to lay claim to being The Real Tuesday Weld any more...

I saw them supporting The Magnetic Fields a couple of years ago
I quite enjoyed them. True story.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 13:34, Reply)
I bought one of their albums a few years back on the strength of one song.
I quite enjoyed it. No word of a lie.

Was it I, Lucifer?
That's the only one I know.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 13:38, Reply)
'twas indeed.
And the song was "Bathtime in Clerkenwell," for which the video featured a lot of cartoon birds which I mistook for crows, but were in hindsight probably cuckoos.

Don't know if I'd buy another album; I haven't been that taken with the other tracks I've heard.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 13:39, Reply)
One is probably enough
If you get into bands purely based on crow connections, I should tell you that my band has the word "crow" in its name.

In what way is the 23rd the day before the 14th?

(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:31, Reply)
it's almost like he has no idea when valentine's day is
you know, like he's never had a girlfriend or even a card...
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:42, Reply)
She's so vain she once thought that the wreath on the Cenotaph was for her.
It took 3 policemen to wrestle it off her.
(, Thu 3 Nov 2011, 12:10, Reply)
And she thought that song was about her.
