My only foray into the falafel world was at the Leeds festival when I bought veggy food by accident
and the chilli sauce I poured on it was slightly thinner than I expected. I ended up with a pitta bread and chilli soup with a few floating falafels

I had a fantastic falafel wrap at a farmers market once
that's pretty much it for me. I worry that it won't be as nice the next time.
