and without some sort of sterilisation of the natural population preventing immigration is the easiest way to help control population

I think the obvious solution to our burgeoning population
is to station some right-minded free-thinker, such as Mr Boyce, on top of a building near border control with a sniper rifle and allow him to pick off anyone who he doesn't like the look of.

Actually, I think it would make more sense to start offing the people at the other end of life
We need more young people, working and paying taxes, and fewer old people claiming pensions and generally being a burden.
