Sausage casserole, very filling
Alt: A good beef dinner, and as little drama as possible. I'd also like to have a good new year for once.
I'd also quite like a pestle & mortar

I knew that was coming, hence why I removed it before you posted.
And no, I meant a food steamer.

I've got a great pestle & mortar.
I used it twice.
Still, it looks good on the window ledge.

It's the sort of thing I can see myself getting some half decent usage out of
And I don't hugely fancy buying one myself. I only tend to ask for presents now I don't fancy buying myself, just in case.

Mine was a present
I only use it now and again but it is excellent and very calming to smash the fuck out of things in it

Last thing I made using mine was thai green curry sauce
Smashing up chillies, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, etc.

I split it into two and had one half with king prawns and lime rice
I'm keeping the other one until Mrs Cow is out

Haha I want one, too. I don't even know why,
I'd never use it, I just think they're aesthetically pleasing, I guess.

I think I only use mine for making pesto
and it's a lot less laborious to simply give it a whizz with the hand blender.
EDIT - and thai green curry sauce, having just read sportcow up there.
