I really want to see Slayer and Mastodon at Download, having already bought my ticket I'm now very nervous that they will announce a fucking shit lineup behind some good headliners, like they did a couple of years ago.

I'm not that keen on listening to the entire black album though, I'd rather have a retrospective (ignoring everything from post Black until Death magnetic)

There's another festival which had an ever better opening lineup, but I don't think I can justify the costs, seen as the lineup has only got worse since - Started beautifully, gone downhill since/

But no-one would want a single fucking track from St Anger.
I could listen to the whole of the Black Album for the nostalgia, but not at the expense of One, Master of Puppets, Sanitarium or Harvester of Sorrow.

I'd never want to see it live, but I do still quite like the title track of that album.

I harbour a lot of resentment towards that album because it represented the point at which I had to accept that Metallica were actually fucking shit, having spent the previous 6 years in denial

First time I ever heard it, it was on the Cunning Stunts DVD. Seeing it at Sonisphere this year was fucking phenomenal.
EDIT: You fuck! I've got this stuck in my head now.
