Done properly liver can be fantastic.Unfortunately my childhood memories of liver are of something that had the consistency of an old leather boot sole.

I know many who do, and for all I know, I may like it later in lifeBut I had it as a child, and a couple of years ago I had some in a restaurant in France, and I still find it absolutely vile.
