As I had a 4-egg frittata at lunch with pepperoni, chorizo, mushroom, onion and bell pepper. OM NOM NOM.

fry your frittata contents for a few minutes in a little olive oil.
Pour on egg.
When it's almost set in the middle cover it with cheese and stick it under the grill until the cheese melts/starts to brown/is brown, whatever you prefer.
Pour on tomato ketchup and eat.

and the meat a couple of minutes after that and then another couple before the egg. Just seemed the right way to do it but it's difficult to mess up to be frank.
