i bet he at least has enough manners to say thank you if someone treats him, for example.
pies are too filling. the pastry is too much. mind you, i only ever really eat open sandwiches or wraps because i find bread a bit much too, so perhaps - just perhaps - it might be me?

i've only ever been out with the one guy who was pikey enough to let me pay. not surprisingly, he also lacked sufficient manners to say thank you until informed that i had paid, and even then his reply was "yeah, i assumed you had". revoltingly uncouth. i'm sure someone else has hoofed his plums in by now.
