I have to argue with Virgin, then go to meet a friend and drop off her earrings.
I was going to stay with her and the lad she's with for a couple of drinks, but it's emerged today he's a massive racist, and I want nothing to do with him.

When I was at teh post office this afternoon
I was enjoying a gossipy rant with teh shop owner about how useless call centres are. He's a Brummie, by his accent, but obviously of Asian descent. I was so tempted to say "and you never understand a word they say either".
But I didn't, because I would like to continue to shop there.
