That's a point - starting to wish I'd saved a few bottles now.
Still, it's easily recreated. Just need to wait until the elderflowers come out. And then hope to god it's more like last year's batch than the year before's batch...

It's an ideal summer drink
The flowers usually appear in late spring, then it needs a few weeks to ferment and mature and is (hopefully) in a drinkable condition by the time the temperature picks up.
