Ah. You must be using IE then - that's the only browser that does Alt text.

Chrome doesn't do it, neither does Safari.
I assume it's possible in HTML, using some tags.

Oh, you mean attribute, not tag.
The title tag is what goes into the head and names the document for the browsers.

I'm going to blow people's minds here.... the web is actually 3D.
If anyone is in Firefox, right click somewhere on a webpage, go to "Inspect element" and then select '3D View' in the bottom right hand side, in the bar that pops up.
