I firmly believe that nonces feel attracted to kids in the same way that gays feel attracted to the same sex
and that there are probably shitloads of nonces who know its wrong so never act on it. What on earth will a polygraph test prove? You can't stop a nonce fancying kids any more than you can stop me fancying oven gloves. Cyproterone acetate for any nonces and rapists being released from prison.

Nah the majority of child abusers have been abused themselves
which implies it's a learned behaviour and not something they're born with. Learned behaviours can be changed if done properly. "stringing them up" isn't usually the most effective way.
