People take chain letters seriously
People will believe most things, especially if they think they're at risk.

Why are people so stupid? I think we need to put some smart pills in the water.

(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 14:10, Reply)
But who would make the smart pills, and what would they have in them?
Someone would get scared because they'd watched Soylent Green and it'd all be banned.
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 14:12, Reply)
If they made smart pills, some div would choke to death on one.
Also, hello there.
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 14:13, Reply)
I haven't heard the word 'div' in years :)
Hello too!
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 14:14, Reply)
We're not too far off "smart pills" they could be widely available in the next 5 years.

"If you don't forward it you'll have bad luck for seven years"
And this is different to my everyday life, how?

Not too bad thanks, you?

Fine thanks.
Busy uploading all my work stuff to Dropbox so I can get more space to download crappy tv torrents :)
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 14:51, Reply)
Woo!
I've got quite a lot of crappy TV to catch up on at the minute, including 3 series I downloaded but I haven't watched past the first episode in any of them.
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 14:58, Reply)
What were they?

(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:00, Reply)
They're programs broadcast on television, but that's not important right now.

(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:11, Reply)
Psych, The Mighty Johnsons and Sanctuary

(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:23, Reply)
it took me 2 minutes to figure out that 'psych' was the name of a tv show
i thought you were pj and duncaning her
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:26, Reply)
Never heard of any of them.
What are they about? I don't tend to watch much on tv these days, instead waiting for boxed sets and torrents. Although I have just signed up for Sky+ anytime where (apparently) you can look at ten years of tv.
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:32, Reply)
Anytime Plus is rather good

Haven't managed to get it working yet - our telephone line needs sorting out as when I connect it all the broadband is knocked out
Think we probably need to get a man in to sort it.

I managed to wangle a free wireless connector for mine as usefully my living room does not have a phone point

(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:39, Reply)
Ah...
I have the wireless connector....ooh, I wonder if I can just get it to work then...
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:43, Reply)
Psych is another buddy cop show, it seems. Looked quite funny from the trailers, so I picked that up.
The Mighty Johnsons is an Australian comedy series about reincarnated Viking Gods, very funny so far.
Sanctuary is odd, I can't really describe it beyond that yet.
(, Tue 24 Jul 2012, 15:56, Reply)
Almighty Johnsons is Kiwi
Very good though.
