I don't know that that's the most favourable comparison, seeing that one earns a good, honest living through selling advertising space, and is open and up-front about its trailer-trash output
and the other (the closest we have to an "official, state TV station") continually fritters away the bottomless pit of income it rakes in from almost every householder in the land, whilst ignoring its pledge to educate and entertain and devoting more minutes to advertising its own products than to actual programme output.
