That is because you are not, what is referred to in the common parlance as, a fucking idiot.

that's the nicest thing anyone has said to me today

It can only get worse from here

it's likely to
I have to be in work in a couple of hours and that's about when I expect to be hit by reality drag/larp comedown. Also, turns out that when you're 36 you can't necessarily do a festival, a week of work and a larp event with booze no sleep and running in mud and not feel like death

(, Tue 28 Aug 2012, 10:12, Reply)

Bisto granules, right?

no but water retention and that
you can get really fat from water, that girl from that film Precious was 99% water

if you drink a litre of water
you'll weigh about a pound more. this can be really depressing for motivation when you get on the scales, even though you know logically that 2 hours later, you'll have pissed it all out.

i'm mainly doing this to cut down diet coke, as it's not allowed on the diet. i simply haven't got the motivation to cut it out otherwise. of all the bent habits.

sorry but you're boring me now
you were boring me at the start, but i wanted to see how far it would run with my water is fattening schtick.

i gave up

the diet works really well, and i have a massive event at the end of sep that i am aiming for (the day after monty's b4sh, so i'll have to be careful how smashed i get there too!)
but the first couple of days are miserable. i think it's giving up diet coke, the caffeine withdrawal gives me crashing headaches. after that i feel fine.
