It was truly fucking dire.
The agonisingly laboured 'cultural references' and utterly pathetic attempts to be 'cool' make it one of the worst programmes ever.

Nightingales is one of those programmes that I remember as being absolutely brilliant at the time.
But I suspect that if I ever saw it again, I would be very disappointed.
