Mate, don't get mad, but I settled on making some thai soup with prawn and crab and catchyou nuts and noodles and vegtables.
I hope you don't mind and I hope this adjustment is the last one, as I have the ingredients now.

It's gonna be good stuff, even got wholemeal noodles so those carbs are released over a longer stretch of time thus not peeking my blood sugars.
I'm thinking right, one more change of mind maybe, I could do the prawns in the noodles soup and do some crabcakes . Donno if thats a bit much effort though, don't wanna peek to early in the weekend.
