I've found a documentary called "Operation Solstice"
all about the Battle of Beanfield, why is the Earl of Cardigan a witness?

Operation Solstice Windy's Life Story

Beanfield Bosworth Field

why is the Earl of Cardigan a witness because I look like a medieval nobleman.

ah now, I actually know this.
In 1953 two farmers had an argument about the boundaries of their land, specifically around "beanfield" (which hadn't been used to grow beans since 1769). They asked the local magistrate, the 10th Lord Cardigan, to mediate the dispute.
They settled on having a fight, naked, in a pigsty full of brambles. The fight lasted three weeks with most of rural England devastated and hundreds of thousands dead. It also caused the collapse of the monarchy with liz being installed shortly after.

In the end Cardigan called it a draw and was shot for treason.

I hope this helps.

And all for wearing a cardigan! It seems silly now.

Did you also know that Lord Cardigan invented the sandwich for use as a handy snack at the Battle of Balaclava?

(, Thu 11 Oct 2012, 11:26, Reply)
you idiot, the sandwich was invented by Sir Alfred Sandwich in 1876
as a way for petrol stations to make more money.
