EveningI had Sausage Casserole from the freezer. Better than when it was first done, even. OM NOM NOM.

Freezer food is all of the nomespecially curry, it seems to marinade while frozen and taste even better on the defrost.

AyeI think some of the water freezes out and then evaporates when it defrosts/reheats, leaving the sauce more concentrated.
Mind you, I also added (more) Worcestershire Sauce and a splash of Tabasco, which probably didn't hurt the flavour.
