So this bloke wrote "gay marridge is an equality too far" on face book and got demoted.

What's your opinion, I've not got much sympathy for him, but I think demoting the bloke was an over reaction.

the man is clearly a bellend.
However, demotion was a bit strong probably. Our contracts here now come with a social networking company policy thing, do that if I have my job down as working for the company on any profile, and say anything the company deems offensive, I can be disciplined. It's more complex than that, but you get the idea. No one wants to be asociated profesionally with Dick like behaviour I suppose.
