Microfiche
Hi, terribly boring question.

I'm doing some artwork for a project, and i'd like to include an image of someone using a microfiche machine — you know those slide projector machines in libraries?

Do you know of any movies in which the protagonist uses a microfiche?

This is likely to go well.

Does it have to be the protagonist?

(, Fri 4 Jan 2013, 10:32, Reply)
It doesn't have to be

(, Fri 4 Jan 2013, 10:33, Reply)
so you would be happy if it was the antogonist, or even just a supporting character?
What if it were an extra?

Eighties films or tv shows
in which people do investigating, either crime or journalism.

Now go do your own homework. Big boy school is all about how well you research your own stuff. Getting the cool uni-leavers to do it for you doesn't count.

I understand that the main reason you post on here is to catch out any of your students trying to enlist our help.

haha, I did once find a student of mine on here.
or rather, she approached me, a bit pissed, and asked "are you mighty badger?"

Luckily she was leaving by then.

Though, in fairness the gremlin is the protagonist.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND (1976). In this erotic version of the classic tale, Alice (played by Kristine DeBell) is a prudish, virginal librarian. There are two versions of this film. One is hard-core X-rated; the other is R-rated.

(, Fri 4 Jan 2013, 11:04, Reply)
depends how old she has to be for you to consider her hot

There is a film called the library,
But your best bet would probably be an archive request from someone like the BBC or a local tv station from when they've done a piece on libraries, or a news story or something.

I used to live in Ealing
I was in a pub once when a bomb went off across the road. Good times

Yeah, but that happened in Guildford too.
That doesn't happen anymore since Clinton fixed Ireland.

So far, it's looking like a winning area.
Nearish to work, nearish to the centre, pikey enough that swipe won't come round for tea, nice enough that I won't get stabbed. Sounds perfect.

A lot of Acton is getting quite "posh" now
So your Swipe plan might not work.
