Or alternatively taking my son to the gym. His volleyball coach has suggested that he needs to 'bulk up' a bit. OK fair enough, he's not terribly big, but at the age of 15 he's already fucking bigger than the coach.
Cheeky wee shitebag.

I texted my ex earlier asking if I was going to be allowed to see my kid on Sunday:
'talk to my solicitor'
'who is your solicitor? you/they have not replied to my letters going back to September'
'your solicitor will have to contact me and I shall forward it on'
ARRRRRRRRRGHHHGGHGHHGHHG

Sounds to me like she doesn't even have one. I'm afraid this looks like it's heading back to court...

Obv not family lawyers but they'll have contacts I guess.
I have all my kid's Xmas gifts in a big bag and having to walk past them all the time in my hall is seriously getting to me.

That's well sad.
What an awful harridan she must be, refusing her kids Christmas presents from their Dad.

So strange for that to happen only a few days into the year.

shows she does not have a solicitor, or hasn't spoken to him recently.
your solicitor is NOT ALLOWED to write to her directly. law society obliges them to write to HER solicitor. stupid cunt.

because they engineer a culture whereby the only letters that are answered are solicitor to solicitor. So her solicitor (if she had one) will not respond to you directly. Only to your solicitor. And so on and soforth.
Although in this case, I'm with Swipe, she definitely hasn't got a solictor. Or she's changed solicitors. I'll go out on a limb here and say it's because her previous solicitor has told her she's behaving appalingly/illegally and has refused to carry on working with her. Because this seems appalingly reminscent of my divorce (only with, sadly, a lot more at stake for you) where my ex went through 3 sets because they kept refusing to act if she didn't behave more responsibly. No-one likes to made to look a cunt in court, even if they are being paid a grand a day for it.
She has to tell you who her solicitor is, though. She has to notify the court of a change as well, doesn't she? Just politely say that you'll go and ask the family court who her solictor is if she doesn't tell you.
