I don't mean to go on and on about this, but I am going to...
So whoever this "mystery account" is, is known to the mods - they have been stepped for their activities.
Pooflake has admitted in another post on there that he has two accounts.
Several people on here have been open about having a second account.

I park my username in a spare account over Christmas which then gets immediately banned.
