I love doing a nice casserole or stew though. The flavours and types are endless.

I do a mean roast dinner, Italian, Indian, Thai...

Yep. I use a mix of partridge and pheasant for that recipe. Also love cooking & eating rabbit, venison, pigeon etc.
Want to try doing jugged hare. I've eaten it, delicious, but never tried to cook it.
