nope, fruits are formed from the ovary at the bottom of the flower. At least scientifically
vegetables aren't really a scientific term but usually refer to other edible parts of the plant. So, yeah, scientifically fruits contain seeds, but vegetables are nothing to do with seeds. But then don't really have a scientific definition anyway
