Haven't had a full on seizure for long enough that my medication is being reduced, my blood pressure is excellent, my peak flow is fine and my cholesterol is within normal range.(

Pretty much stopped the tabs due to the electronic ones I am using; they don't contain the impurities that regular cigarettes do.My booze consumption is also down; as a result of starting running - hydration innit.
