i was looking at a healthy recipe online
including spinach and wholewheat pasta and cottage cheese. i couldn't decide if it looked tasty or joyless, compared to the m&s one that is drowning in about 5 full fat cheeses and topped with crispy garlic breadcrumbs...

cottage cheese is grim to start with
i suppose what i mean is eat the proper recipe, if you want something healthy, eat something healthy. Don't bastadised an unhealthy recipe

i don't like it cold
but my mum used to make a nice cauliflower cheese with cottage cheese. it's a different animal when it's all melted and chewy.
