I did have a proper breakdown when I was 19,
I'd dropped out of uni, and taken a job back at the pub I was working at before I left, my manager was a fucking pervert and was always making passes at me and the other male staff, I couldn't risk leaving as my dad had thrown me out thanks to my drinking and drug use, and the job was only just keeping me going with all my various habits and keeping my motorbike on the road. And one night after our boss got pissed at the bar and was inappropriate and rude and abusive I flipped out, I screamed at him, I started throwing stuff, and smashing glasses and fully went bonkers. I stormed out and went straight to the pub, and drank. I woke up a couple days later, bruised, with a broken finger, and very hungover in a house in London. I then spent 3 days in my room in the house I was sharing going between tears and burning anger.
