I made Tea wine by the way.
Made my flat smell like a greasy spoon but it's bubbling away in the airing cupboard now.

I used Tartaric acid, because I couldn't find citric.
And used some specialised wine yeast with nutrients already in it.

It ends up tasting sort of like apple juice
Not Cider mind, just strong alcoholic apple juice. Very nice though, good to blend with other wines too
