Nope, I have a choice at work of either pissing off a dozen people who I don't activly dislike by making a formal complaint to directors
or rolling over and letting them get away with fucking me over.

Formally put me at risk of redundancy when other people doing the same job on different contracts were slot ins.
Then I pointed it out and they backed down quickly. Didn't publish my role in any of the official documentation for the consultation. got told repeatedly I wasn't going to be made redundant and that they couldn't look into my case until the letter arrived.
