At most psychopaths are born that way and sociopaths get broken from the outside in.

A psychopath has a chronic mental disorder which makes their behaviour violent and aggressive.

The CCJ should be cancelled and the debt passed to the boyfriend.
Then she can get the credit reference agencies to ammend the file.

Not an instant solution but it should stop some problems if you need anything else for the flat on credit.

I got them to cancel a bunch of missed payments for something that I never ordered.
