i agree
my uncle's gf insisted on an abortion even though he wanted the baby desperately. fundamentally i think it has to be the woman's right to choose, as it's her body, but i have seen first hand how much it can fck up the father.

It's not unfairly weighted at all.
The father doesn't have to put himself through any physical discomfort or danger and therefore the entire decision rests with the mother. She should take on board the views of the father, but there is no possible way that you can make them binding in any way shape or form.

Like I said,
I am not putting forward the idea that fathers should be able to overrule the mother's wishes. I've got no alternatives because there aren't any.

And I meant that family law in general, not specifically abortions, is unfairly weighted towards the mother.
