she has promised me a new shape. we'll see!

primary goal: lose the last bit of weight that i want to lose, be fit enough to run about 10 miles, get better at using things like kettle bells without supervision. i think there are pretty achievable.

Then don't bother with protein stuff unless the trainer says so.
It's good for muscle recovery and stuff, but sometimes muscle fatigue is what you want.

bearing in mind my arms are stiff after the warm-up assessment yesterday
i think you can expect a fair degree of whining about muscle fatigue for the first couple of weeks :(
