Drown it in order to preserve our disappearing birds

i've been thoroughly overexcited by all the wild parrots in west london this summer
then someone pointed out they kill off local birds by nicking their nests.

however, local birds in london = magpies and pigeons, so.

Yeah, they're not the ones they are killing off.
They are the only ones you see because the smaller birds are being killed off.

New neighbour "kindly" took in an intact male tabby so give it six months and the cat/bird ratio in the locality will have reversed. Pass me a rifle.
