Weird
Just got back to my car, which I haven't driven since last weekend, note on windscreen. "drivers door left open so I closed it" and a phone number.

When I got in, yep, some cunt had rifled through everything. The car was messy but nothing valuable in it, so they'd just chucked everything around. I texted the dude and he replied and said he found the door left wide open yesterday afternoon. Either I left it slightly ajar because of supermarket bags, and never noticed when walking past it all week (which I've never ever done before) or somehow someone managed to break in without damaging the door or setting off the alarm. I've been reading about these things that intercept car fobs, be just my luck to have some cunt neighbour with one of those....

Most likely I'm a spastic though :(

I am perplexed tbh DG
I've lived in London waaaay too long to leave the door open, and the car locks itself unless you've actually left the door ajar. it just seems a bit coincidental that:

1 I didn't notice despite walking past it twice a day for a week; and
2 nor did anyone else until yesterday afternoon

And the battery was fine, so the interior light can't have been on all week... I smell something ratty!

I've had 2 car stereos nicked.
The first time the passenger side window had been smashed; the second time I must have left the car unlocked. They'd also nicked my work mobile phone which was stashed in the glove box.

Oddly enough, the only CD that was stolen was the one in the stereo at the time. Says a lot about the thieves taste in music, I think.

Yeah, my friend had a steps cd left in a car once
Grrr. Don't you wish you'd caught the cunts at it??

My dad's mate had 2 sets of golf clubs nicked this week with that car fob interceptor thing. He couldn't understand it as there wasn't a mark on the car. Police said you can buy these things for £400 online. Cunts!!!

General rule of thumb is most people are cunts until they prove themselves otherwise.
I haven't heard about this interceptor thing. My current car is (hopefully) sufficiently innocuous as to not attract attention, even though it's relatively new. And it's full of dog hair. Also the stereo is integral, so not likely to be nicked.

POLICE Scotland were today following a “positive line of inquiry” after five luxury cars were stolen from a home on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
An Aston Martin, a Ferrari, a white Porsche 911, a grey Toyota Land Cruiser and a grey Audi A5 were stolen in the raid at the property at Banchory-Devenick in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The Aston Martin and Ferrari have already been recovered by officers from the Aberdeenshire Division of Police Scotland.
Detective Inspector Graeme Mackie, who is heading the investigation, said: “Police Scotland can confirm that five vehicles were stolen from a property in the Banchory-Devenick area in the early hours of Tuesday 23 July.
“Two of these vehicles have been traced by Police. The outstanding vehicles include a white Porsche 911, a grey Toyota Land Cruiser and a grey Audi A5.”

Neither an A5 or a Land Cruiser shou,d be described as luxury cars.

It's all relative
