Basically, away from poor people.

There's a big restaurant/buffet place down on the harbourside in Bristol that's got a squillion different buffet styles. The grandkids love it, but I haven't dared to venture in yet.

We didn't eat there. I wanted to have a look at it as I was working at Whitbread and developing a new restaurant format.
It's massive. Owned by one bloke who invested £1million in opening it. Seems to be very popular, with a wider choice than lots of other buffets & dishes I wouldn't have expected on a set price deal; scallops etc.
